Job Requirements

At least 1 year in a similar role with comparable responsibilities preferred
Applicable work history and food handlers license required in Texas
Able to lift 30 lbs frequently, stand/walk 8-12 hours
Submit to a background check
Must be 18 years old
Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Maintain a flexible schedule and the ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and late nights

Job Duties

Working as a dishwasher during events
Collect used kitchenware, china, and glassware and load and unload the dishwasher
Hand wash items as necessary
Store cleaned kitchenware, china, and glassware appropriately
Ensure there are enough cleaned dishes at all times especially during peak service time
Remove garbage regularly
Sanitize the kitchen area including the floors
Ensure compliance HACCP within the kitchen areas
Exhibiting a teamwork atmosphere
Maintain a flexible schedule and the ability to work a variety of nights/weekends
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
