Job Duties
- wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils
- operate dishwashing equipment according to safety protocols
- keep kitchen and dishwashing area clean and organized
- assist kitchen staff as needed
- manage waste disposal and recycling
- restock clean dishes and utensils to appropriate stations
- follow all health and safety guidelines
