Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Ability to clearly communicate with guests and other team members
- Disciplined and self-motivated
- Ability to safely and properly use cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Job Qualifications
- Previous maintenance experience at a hotel or restaurant is preferred but not required
- Ability to clearly communicate with guests and other team members
- Disciplined and self-motivated
- Friendly demeanor with a positive attitude
- Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Dress in accordance with dress guidelines, looking neat, clean, and professional at all times
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action or suggest alternative courses of action
- Use all chemicals properly in the correct quantities for safety and cost control
- Safely and correctly operate all equipment
- Clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware and glassware
- Carefully sort all dishware and flatware to ensure none are lost or disposed of
- Clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans and utensils
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Carefully handle all glassware and dishware to eliminate breakage
- Empty all trash in the kitchen and clean and maintain trash cans
- Assist other kitchen staff members with pressure point relief during the shift as needed
- Assist with line maintenance, sweeping and clearing dirty dishes
- Assist with some prep and banquet items as directed by management
- Clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls and drains
- Assist in the maintenance of kitchen storage areas, cleanliness and stocking
- Clean and maintain all mats
- Assist other team members as needed or when business needs dictate
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company team members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate
- Must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends as required
