Job Requirements

Ability to wash and clean all tableware, pots, pans, cooking equipment, and bus tubs
capability to clean equipment, mats, and walls in dish washing area and office
strong organizational skills
ability to handle tableware carefully
commitment to cleanliness around the diner exterior
observational skills to monitor dish machine water temperature and cleaning supplies
willingness to bag and haul trash

Job Qualifications

Experience as a dishwasher in a fast-paced work environment
working knowledge of dish machine operation including loading, running, and unloading
experience assisting in stocking deliveries
organizational skills to maintain cleanliness
ability to handle kitchen equipment with care
