- Must be at least 18 years of age

- capable of working in noisy, fast-paced, distracting environment
- able to read and write handwritten notes

- frequently reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe
- follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous maintenance experience in hotel or restaurant preferred
- ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- self-disciplined and motivated

Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems and take corrective action
- use chemicals properly for safety and cost control
- safely operate all equipment
- clean and sanitize dishware, flatware, and glassware
- carefully sort dishware and flatware
- clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans, and utensils
- adhere to safety and sanitation policies
- handle glassware and dishware carefully
- empty and maintain kitchen trash areas
- assist kitchen staff with pressure point relief
- assist with line maintenance, sweeping, and clearing dishes
- assist with prep and banquet items as assigned
- clean and maintain kitchen, floors, walls, and drains
- maintain kitchen storage areas, cleanliness, and stock
- clean and maintain mats
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain favorable working relationships with team members
- be friendly and smile during shifts
- communicate clearly with guests and team members
- adhere to dress guidelines
- be self-motivated and disciplined
