Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to operate dishwashing equipment safely
  • knowledge of safety and sanitation policies
  • ability to use cleaning chemicals properly
  • ability to work various shifts including weekends
  • ability to maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dish areas
  • ability to communicate effectively
  • ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • commitment to teamwork and cooperation

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous maintenance experience preferred
  • ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
  • strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks

  • ability to work days, nights and weekends
  • ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures

Job Duties

  • deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
  • keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective action
  • use all chemicals properly for safety and cost control
  • safely operate all equipment
  • clean and sanitize dishware, flatware and glassware
  • carefully sort dishware and flatware
  • clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans and utensils
  • adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies
  • handle glassware and dishware carefully to prevent breakage
  • empty kitchen trash and maintain trash cans
  • assist kitchen staff with pressure point relief
  • assist with line maintenance and clearing dishes
  • assist with prep and banquet items as directed
  • clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls and drains
  • maintain kitchen storage areas and stocking
  • clean and maintain mats
  • assist other team members as needed
  • maintain favorable working relationships with team members
  • be friendly and smile while working days, nights and/or weekends
  • demonstrate clear communication with guests and team members
  • dress in accordance with guidelines and maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance
