Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to effectively communicate with others
Physical ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds frequently
Capability to work in hot and damp environments
Dexterity to use small tools and equipment
Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shift
Ability to wash hands frequently using disinfectant soap

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen utility role is a plus
Strong communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to handle physical demands of the job including lifting and standing for extended periods
Basic understanding of health and safety standards
Commitment to reliability and punctuality

Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness of back of house areas including dishwashing and general cleaning
Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure all kitchenware is sanitized
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
Handle kitchen tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Assist in carrying out assigned tasks in a fast-paced environment
Follow health and safety regulations and wear required protective gear
Support team efforts to maintain a clean and organized workspace
