Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capacity to lift dishes and equipment up to 50 pounds
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- adherence to health and safety guidelines
- strong work ethic and positive attitude

Job Duties
- clean and sanitize plates, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishwashing area
- support kitchen and service teams by organizing supplies and waste disposal
- ensure guest and team member touch points are sanitized
- follow all safety and sanitation protocols
- assist with inventory management of dishwashing supplies
- help maintain overall restaurant cleanliness
