Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Operate dishwasher machines and maintain their cleanliness
- Monitor and manage dishwashing supplies and report shortages
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in the dishwashing and kitchen areas
- Assist kitchen staff by removing waste and restocking clean items
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
