Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in dishwashing or similar role preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift heavy objects
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
- strong physical stamina

Job Duties
- Clean prep equipment, silverware, glassware and dishes according to sanitation requirements
- keep the dish pit organized
- assist the kitchen in keeping the line and prep areas clean and organized
- maintain a fast pace to support timely table turns
- follow all health and safety standards
- work collaboratively with kitchen staff
- dispose of waste appropriately
