Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in dishwashing or related kitchen role preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- physical capability to handle repetitive tasks and lifting
- adherence to safety and sanitation policies
- must be at least 18 years old
- capable of following verbal and written instructions

- No formal education required, though high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a similar dishwashing or kitchen sanitation role is beneficial
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards

- excellent team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Wash plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans and other smallwares and equipment
- store and rack cleaned items appropriately
- maintain sparkling clean restrooms
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- ensure a clean, sanitized and safe environment for guests and team members
- support team member wellness by following safety protocols
- assist with general cleaning duties as needed
