Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Open availability for varying shifts including days and hours
Ability to stand for extended periods
Willingness to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving supplies
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards

Job Duties

Maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils
Wash dishes and pots by hand or in a machine and polish silverware
Sweep, mop, and clean floor, and remove garbage to designated areas
Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks
Transfer supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas such as pantry and dish room
Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
