Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize plates, glassware, and utensils
- Maintain cleanliness of guest and team member touch points
- Ensure all dishwashing equipment is operated safely and efficiently
- Support kitchen staff by promptly cleaning dishes to maintain workflow
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures at all times
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe restaurant environment
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate dishwashing tasks
