Job Requirements

Ability to wash and clean all tableware, pots, pans, cooking equipment, and bus tubs
Capability to wash all equipment, mats, and walls in dish work area and office
Organizational skills to keep equipment and work area clean
Ability to handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss
Commitment to ensuring the outside of diner is clean and free of debris
Observational skills to monitor dish machine water temperature and detergent and cleaning supply levels
Willingness to bag and haul dish room trash to dumpster

Job Qualifications

Experience as a dish washer in a fast-paced work environment
Working knowledge of loading rinsed items into dish machine, running it, and unloading it
Ability to wash and clean all tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
Organizational skills to maintain a clean work area
Ability to handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage
Observational skills to monitor dish machine function
Willingness to perform cleaning and waste disposal duties
