Job Requirements
- Entry level position with on-the-job training
- Minors (under the age of 18) must obtain a valid work permit if required by the state

Job Duties
- Set up and break down the dish washing area including preparing and breaking down the dish machine and scraping area for service ware and pots
- Work collaboratively with other dishwashers as a team
- Scrape, rack, and wash dishes, service ware, and pots
- Return cleaned items to the established storage area
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support overall kitchen staff as needed
