Job Duties
- clean and sanitize plates glassware utensils and kitchen equipment
- maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and surrounding workspaces
- ensure proper storage of cleaned items to avoid contamination
- follow all safety and sanitation guidelines and protocols
- assist with general restaurant cleaning tasks when needed
- report any maintenance issues with dishwashing equipment to management
- support team members to deliver an excellent guest experience
