Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- able to stand or walk for extended periods
- able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- reliable and punctual
- able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Friendly, dependable and team oriented
- able to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- experience is a plus but not required
- willing to learn and follow company standards
- good physical stamina
Job Duties
- Cleaning dishes, utensils, glassware, pots and pans, and cooking equipment
- keep the dish area clean and organized, including sweeping, mopping, washing worktables, walls, and equipment
- restock cook line, dining room and bar areas with clean dishes, glasses and silverware
- remove trash and place in designated containers, including breaking down boxes
- maintain chemical levels of dish machine
- maintain organization of dishes to company standards
- help fellow team members when appropriate
- able to walk or stand 100% of shift (up to 8 hours), able to carry and safely maneuver up to 50 lbs
