Job Requirements
- must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the united states
- ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- ability to work effectively as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a similar dishwashing or kitchen utility role is an advantage but not required
- ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment

Job Duties
- cleaning and maintaining all restaurant areas
- cleaning and sanitizing dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
- operating dishwasher and other equipment safely and correctly
- emptying trash from kitchen and other areas
- supporting cooks with prep work and making signature Cheddar Bay Biscuits
- focusing on team and customer needs in every decision
- following all cleaning and safety protocols
