Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One year or more fine dining or restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Manual dexterity to operate kitchen equipment
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull
- Ability to lift or carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications

- Ability to read, write, and understand English to communicate effectively
- Sufficient manual dexterity to use kitchen equipment
- Ability to work physically demanding tasks without fatigue
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Responsible for safe loading and running of dishwashing equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish area
- Support the dining experience by ensuring all dishes and utensils are clean
- Adhere to Community standards, processes, procedures, practices, and philosophies
- Provide professional and courteous service using The Sterling Touch®
- Collaborate with kitchen and dining staff to meet service goals
- Handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
