Job Duties
- Wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment for the restaurant
- Maintain sparkling clean restrooms
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe environment
- Support team members by contributing to a hygienic workplace
- Dispose of waste in accordance with health guidelines
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs
