Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior dishwashing or kitchen maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations
- Good physical stamina
- Food handler's card where required

Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes are spotlessly washed quickly and efficiently
- Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary, such as setup, cleanup, prep work, table bussing and equipment maintenance
- Adapt to varying work hours depending on business needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing station
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to facilitate smooth operations
- Adhere to health and safety standards
- Assist with stock and supply management as needed
