Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area and kitchen workspaces
  • Dispose of trash and recycling properly
  • Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed
  • Follow health and safety standards and restaurant sanitation procedures
  • Support team members by handling general cleaning duties
  • Ensure all guest and team member touch points are cleaned and sanitized
