- ability to stand for extended periods
- capable of lifting heavy items
- willing to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

- previous experience in dishwashing or similar role is a plus
- knowledge of sanitation standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- wash dishes and utensils using dishwasher and by hand
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas
- ensure proper storage of clean dishes and kitchen equipment
- follow health and safety guidelines
- assist kitchen staff as needed
- monitor dishwashing supplies and report shortages
- comply with company policies and procedures
