Job Duties
- Maintain the flow of all of the restaurant washables
- Ensure that everything is cleaned properly for preparing and serving food to our guests
- Keep all station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces clean and sanitized at all times
- Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines
- Support kitchen team operations by providing clean dishes and utensils in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Dispose of waste according to restaurant policies
