Job Duties

  • Maintain the flow of all of the restaurant washables
  • Ensure that everything is cleaned properly for preparing and serving food to our guests
  • Keep all station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces clean and sanitized at all times
  • Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines
  • Support kitchen team operations by providing clean dishes and utensils in a timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow
  • Dispose of waste according to restaurant policies
