Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area and restrooms
- Sort and stack dishes and utensils efficiently for washing
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist kitchen staff with general cleaning duties as needed
- Monitor dishwashing machine operation and report malfunctions
- Dispose of trash and recycling properly
