Job Duties
- clean and sanitize plates, glassware, and utensils
- maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area and kitchen touchpoints
- operate dishwashing machinery safely and efficiently
- assist in waste disposal and recycling procedures
- follow health and safety regulations
- support dining room staff with cleaning duties as needed
- contribute to maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment
