Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry heavy items
Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
Effective communication skills
Must be 18 years or older

Job Qualifications

Basic understanding of sanitation and food safety standards
Ability to perform manual cleaning tasks
Willingness to work as part of a team
Good physical stamina
Previous experience in a dishwashing or similar role preferred but not required
Attention to detail
Strong work ethic

Job Duties

Wash, store, and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment
Maintain sparkling clean restrooms
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
Ensure a clean, sanitized and safe environment for guests and team members
Support kitchen and dining operations through timely dishwashing
Follow health and safety protocols
Collaborate with team members to uphold cleanliness
