Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior dishwashing experience
- ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods
- ability to follow detailed instructions
- availability to work full time Sunday through Thursday
- compliance with company safety policies including use of cut gloves, oven mitts, and slip-resistant shoes
- authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment
- washes pots, pans and trays based on assigned procedures ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
- polishes silverware using burnishing machine, chemical dip, buffing wheel or hand cloth as required
- ensures compliance with safety procedures
- maintains temperatures and chemical levels according to standards
- keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards
- sweeps and mops kitchen floors
- washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces
- removes trash and cleans garbage cans
- transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- helps load and unload supplies and product
- performs other duties as assigned
