Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to move about facility and stand for long periods
- Ability to walk or stand 100% of shift
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous maintenance or dishwasher experience preferred
- Ability to clearly communicate with guests and team members
- Discipline and self-motivation
- Ability to work friendly and harmoniously with team members
- Ability to work flexible schedules including days, nights and weekends
- Understanding of workplace safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters and take corrective action or suggest alternatives
- Use all chemicals properly in correct quantities for safety and cost control
- Safely and correctly operate all equipment
- Clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware and glassware
- Carefully sort all dishware and flatware to prevent loss or disposal
- Clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans and utensils
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Carefully handle all glassware and dishware to eliminate breakage
- Empty all trash in the kitchen and clean and maintain trash cans
- Assist other kitchen staff with pressure point relief during shifts as needed
- Assist with line maintenance, sweeping and clearing dirty dishes
- Assist with some prep and banquet items as directed by management
- Clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls and drains
- Assist in maintaining kitchen storage areas, cleanliness and stocking
- Clean and maintain all mats
- Assist other team members as needed or when business needs dictate
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other team members to promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate
- Be friendly and smile while working days, nights and/or weekends as required
