Job Requirements
- must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- must be able to stand, walk, and bend for six or more hours per day
- must have the physical ability to perform repetitive hand motions including grasping, pushing, pulling, and reaching
- ability to work in conditions with exposure to noise, dust, gas, flames, chemicals, temperature extremes, humidity, or wetness
- must be able to perform essential duties with or without accommodation
- must provide U.S. employment eligibility evidence
- must successfully pass a drug test and criminal background check

Job Duties
- operate dishwashing equipment efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- assist kitchen staff by providing clean plates, bowls, glasses, utensils, and other serving items
- learn and follow safety procedures for handling hazardous items such as knives
- contribute to the overall cleanliness of the facility when janitor is not on duty
- work cooperatively with team members while maintaining a professional and upbeat demeanor
- interact with guests positively through sincere greeting and communication
