Job Requirements
- Less than high school education
- up to one month related experience or training
- ability to frequently stand and walk
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds on a daily basis
- no certificates, licenses, or registrations required
- availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends
- ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize pots, dishes, utensils, carts by mechanical or hand washing
- stack plates
- sort and polish silver
- maintain extreme sanitary conditions by cleaning work areas daily
- receive, stock, store, and transfer supplies and equipment
- clean kitchen areas including stainless steel surfaces, shelves, and walls
- clean equipment and floors
- remove trash and garbage and steam clean or hose out garbage cans
- attend in-service training and educational seminars as assigned
