- previous experience in a restaurant or similar environment preferred
- ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
- physical stamina to handle long hours on foot and lifting
- ability to follow instructions and work independently

Job Duties
- wash plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other smallwares
- store and rack cleaned items appropriately

- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe environment and equipment for guests and team members
- support kitchen staff by providing clean tools and equipment
- follow health and safety guidelines
