Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Capability to remain stationary and exert mobility for up to 4 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Willingness to work in hot and damp environments
- Commitment to following health and safety protocols
- Ability to wear gloves, face coverings, and maintain sanitation throughout shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen sanitation is a plus
- Ability to communicate clearly and work in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
- Ability to follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment consistently
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchenware and utensils by thorough washing and sanitizing
- Assist with general cleaning duties in the kitchen and dining areas
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Handle dishwashing equipment responsibly and safely
- Adhere to health and safety regulations including use of protective gear
- Lift and move heavy items safely, including stacks of dishes up to 50 pounds
- Support other back of house team members as needed
