Job Duties
- Wash and store all plateware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment
- Ensure sufficient quantities of clean items are on hand and ready to serve guests
- Assist in spot cleaning floors, carpeting, walls, and other furnishings
- Maintain a safe and pleasing environment for team members and guests
- Assist in the setup, operation, and cleanup of the interior and exterior of the restaurant
- Communicate effectively with other team members
- Thrive in a fast-paced team environment
