Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for shifts between 8 to 12 hours
- Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a dishwashing or utility role is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all restaurant areas
- Clean and sanitize all dishware, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
- Operate dishwashing and other equipment safely and correctly
- Empty all kitchen and other area trash
- Work as part of a team supporting cooks with prep work and preparing Cheddar Bay Biscuits
- Focus on the team and customers ensuring every decision considers the customer and the team
- Follow all cleaning and safety protocols
