Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Commitment to making a positive impact in the workplace
- Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- Capability to safely reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work in hot and damp conditions
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout the shift
- Capability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout the shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team setting
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently when needed
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of back-of-house areas including dishwashing and general utility tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards including wearing protective gear and frequent handwashing
- Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure all kitchen tools are sanitized
- Assist in handling and disposing of waste materials properly
- Support kitchen staff by replenishing supplies and organizing workspaces
- Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient environment
