Job Duties
- constantly move throughout the kitchen
- operate a variety of kitchen equipment and tools
- communicate effectively with front of the house and back of the house employees
- support team members including leadership
- regularly run dishes through an industrial dishwasher in a timely manner
- ensure that all dishware, work areas, and service areas are cleaned and sanitized properly throughout the shift
- assist with prep and line needs
