Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to effectively communicate with others
- physical ability to remain stationary and mobile for up to four hours
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- capability to work in hot and damp environments
- ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout the shift
- frequent hand washing with disinfecting soap
- commitment to working safely with disinfectant cleaning supplies
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen support roles is a plus
- ability to work in fast-paced environments
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen and back-of-house areas
- wash dishes, utensils, and kitchenware using dishwashing equipment
- assist with general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- support kitchen staff by organizing clean supplies and removing waste
- adhere to safety and sanitary standards at all times
- communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- assist in setup and breakdown of kitchen stations as needed
