Job Duties
- cleaning and sanitizing plates, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- operating dishwashing machines and other cleaning equipment
- maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
- following health and safety standards and sanitation protocols
- disposing of waste and recycling appropriately
- assisting kitchen staff as needed
- monitoring and reporting equipment malfunctions or supply shortages
