Job Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas, dining areas, utensils and equipment
- Organize clean dishes and kitchen tools in their designated storage areas
- Dispose of trash and kitchen waste properly
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food prep or stocking supplies when needed
- Follow health and safety regulations including proper sanitation procedures
- Support team members to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation
