Job Duties
- set up patient tray line, dish machine, pots and pans, and cafeteria under supervision
- deliver patient trays and maintain clean environment
- follow safe and sanitary habits according to standards
- adhere to proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- retrieve dirty trays, clean dishes, empty trash, and transport trash carts to dumpster
- complete HACCP, dish machine, and sanitizer logs
- demonstrate effective customer service following CARES standards
- maintain department safety program and report safety concerns
