Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Work in a noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Read and write handwritten notes
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Move about facility and stand for long periods
- Walk or stand 100% of shift
- Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Discipline and self-motivation
- Previous maintenance experience preferred but not required
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation policies
- Friendly and professional appearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the combination of food, drinks and games
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective action
- Use all chemicals properly for safety and cost control
- Safely and correctly operate all equipment
- Clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware and glassware
- Carefully sort dishware and flatware to prevent loss or disposal
- Clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans and utensils
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies
- Handle all glassware and dishware carefully to prevent breakage
- Empty trash and maintain trash cans
- Assist kitchen staff with pressure point relief during shifts
- Assist with line maintenance, sweeping and clearing dishes
- Assist with prep and banquet items as directed
- Clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas including floors, walls and drains
- Assist in maintenance of kitchen storage areas and stocking
- Clean and maintain all mats
- Assist other team members as needed
- Maintain favorable working relationships to foster a cooperative work climate
- Smile and maintain friendly demeanor during shifts
