Job Duties
- ensure all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen workspace
- operate dishwashing machines and hand wash items when necessary
- assist with kitchen organization and keeping supplies stocked
- comply with health and safety regulations
- support the kitchen team by providing clean utensils promptly
- manage waste disposal and recycling procedures
