Job Requirements

ability to wash and clean all tableware, pots, pans, cooking equipment, and bus tubs
capability to wash all equipment, mats, and walls in the dish work area and office
organizational skills to keep equipment and work area clean
ability to handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss
commitment to ensuring the outside of the diner is clean and free of debris
observational skills to monitor dish machine water temperature and adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies
willingness to bag and haul dish room trash to dumpster

Job Qualifications

experience as a dish washer in a fast-paced work environment
working knowledge of dish machine operation including loading, running, and unloading
ability to wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
strong organizational skills
ability to maintain cleanliness in dish washing area and diner exterior
good observational skills to monitor equipment
experience assisting in stocking deliveries
