Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- Ability to work well in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a dishwasher or kitchen utility role is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Good teamwork and communication skills
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all restaurant areas
- Clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
- Operate dishwasher and other equipment safely and correctly
- Empty all kitchen and other area trash
- Work as a team supporting cooks with prep work including preparing "Cheddar Bay Biscuits" and other tasks as needed
- Focus on the team and customers ensuring every decision considers both
- Follow all cleaning and safety protocols
