- prior experience in dishwashing or similar cleaning role preferred
- knowledge of proper sanitation and food safety practices
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capable of lifting heavy items

- ability to follow instructions accurately

Job Duties
- wash plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans and other smallwares and equipment
- store and rack cleaned items appropriately

- ensure a clean, sanitized and safe restaurant environment
- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operation
- assist with other cleaning tasks as needed
