Job Duties

Operate commercial-grade dishwashing machines to clean dishes glassware flatware pots and pans
Assist with manual washing of large items such as heavy-duty cooking vessels or specialized tools
Maintain an organized workspace by regularly cleaning surfaces and restocking supplies
Ensure all utensils equipment and storage areas are clean and hygienic
Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain sanitation standards
Dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness in dishwashing areas
Support kitchen staff by promptly clearing and washing used items
