Job Requirements
- work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions

- move about facility and stand for long periods

- frequently reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe
- dress in accordance with dress guidelines, neat, clean and professional
- must be able to communicate effectively
- be friendly and maintain a positive attitude throughout the shift
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to clearly communicate with guests and team members
- disciplined and self-motivated
- previous maintenance experience at a hotel or restaurant preferred but not required
- ability to work well in a team environment
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- capability to operate cleaning and kitchen equipment safely and effectively
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through a combination of food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters and take prompt corrective action or suggest alternatives
- use all chemicals properly in correct quantities for safety and cost control
- safely operate all kitchen equipment
- clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware and glassware
- sort dishware and flatware carefully to prevent loss or disposal
- clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans and utensils
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies
- handle all glassware and dishware carefully to eliminate breakage
- empty trash and maintain trash cans
- assist other kitchen staff with pressure point relief as needed
- assist with line maintenance, sweeping and clearing dirty dishes
- assist with prep and banquet items as directed
- clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas including floors, walls and drains
- maintain kitchen storage areas, cleanliness and stocking
- clean and maintain all mats
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members to foster cooperation and high morale
- be friendly and smile while working various shifts including days, nights, and weekends
