Job Duties
- clean and sanitize plates, glassware, and utensils
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- ensure all guest and team member touch points are sanitized
- support kitchen staff by providing clean dishware in a timely manner
- follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist in maintaining waste disposal and recycling processes
- report any equipment malfunctions to management
