Job Duties

  • clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
  • maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area and surrounding workspaces
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • support kitchen staff with timely delivery of clean equipment
  • monitor dishwashing supplies and report shortages
  • assist in general restaurant cleaning tasks as needed
  • follow company protocols for waste disposal and recycling
